National Firearms Act Item

How it works: NFA items are never sold online and never shipped to you. Send an inquiry and we will walk you through the ATF Form 4 — as an individual or a trust — including fingerprints and the tax stamp. You take possession at our counter once ATF approves the transfer.
Minimum age: 21+, verified with photo ID, plus a NICS background check at transfer.
Your state: Several states prohibit some or all NFA items. We confirm that the item is legal where you live before any paperwork is filed.

Contact to Order

Before you submit

You must be at least 18 to purchase a rifle, shotgun, or ammunition for one, and at least 21 to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition. Where your state requires a higher age, that age applies.
NFA items are never shipped to you. They transfer at our counter on an ATF-approved Form 4, and you must be at least 21. See age & state restrictions.

State of residence

I am at least 21 years old and I am not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from possessing firearms or NFA items.I have read the age & state restrictions and the terms of use, and this purchase is lawful where I live. I am buying for myself, not for someone else.

No online payment for firearms, ammunition, or NFA items. All transfers comply with federal and state law and are completed in person or through a licensed FFL, with ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check — and, for NFA items, an approved ATF Form 4.
